Meet the Team
Tony Lee
Tony is our Managing Director and is in charge of the day to day running of the company. In his spare time, Tony enjoys travelling, going to watch his favourite football team and socialising with his family and friends.
Mike Challen
Mike is our Sales Director and has been with Hastings Windows for 23 years, and has a vast technical knowledge of the industry. Mike is a keen cyclist and rides most weekends. He also enjoys going out for long walks and evening BBQs with his family.
Trevor Burgess
Trevor is part of our sales and survey team and has been with the company for 8 years. In his spare time, Trevor likes to go on dog walks and spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Dan Duke
Dan has been with Hastings Windows for 19 years and is head of finance. Dan has completed courses in both AAT accounting and payroll. Dan also looks after the service department and warranties.
In his spare time Dan likes to play the guitar and spend days out visiting theme parks with his family.
Josh Lucas
Josh is our customer liaison and has been with Hastings Windows for the past 5 years. He is the point of contact for all customer enquiries and also deals with the processing of quotations and orders. He also brings hands-on experience from his time as an installer. At the weekend, Josh likes to go for long walks along the seafront and socialising with family and friends.
