Second time of using Hastings Windows and on both occasions they can’t be faulted. Great products both times. Great team (same guys both times) to fit the widows and doors and both conscientious workers ensuring everything was to our satisfaction.

Great professional service from beginning to end. Surveyor gave us a detailed appraisal off the job. A quote followed, we accepted and a date confirmed. Fitters turned up on time. They were polite, friendly and efficient and went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was carried out with as little disruption as possible. Highly recommend.

I had a replacement door to the rear or my garage Measurements were taken and a very reasonable estimate was submitted which I accepted. After a few weeks for the door to be made it was fitted very efficiently and I am very pleased with it. They are certainly the best company in town for your windows and doors.

Had 2 new windows fitted plus 1 replacement glass unit. Very pleased with quality of the windows and the installation was quick but thorough and the finish is first class. The fitters were excellent. Would highly recommend.

I had two bay windows replaced 27th April this year by 2 fitters Toryn & Adam .I cannot praise these two men highly enough - for their efficiency , expertise and consideration .Throughout the work they were good humoured , conscientious and very hard working. They also consulted me on how the work would be carried out and seemed to really care that I would be happy with my new windows .They “ went the extra mile “ and I really appreciate that , I AM so happy with my new windows ! I also want to thank Hastings Windows generally as they were very accommodating when I asked them to leave the scaffold tower up for a while so had access to the top of the house to paint the walls . I would give a 100% recommendation for this company.

Hastings Windows completed 2 separate window projects for me: 1. Replacing my kitchen door and installing french windows into my living room. 2. Replacing the bay window to my bedroom. In both instances the same two installers visited: Toryn and Adam. They were cheerful, polite and most important efficient. I have since recommended Hastings Windows and the same fitters to a friend. They are installing bay windows up and downstairs this coming Monday. From estimate to close of job I can't praise Hastings Windows high enough. they were first class!

I am really pleased I chose Hastings Windows to build my conservatory.

We have used Hastings Windows three times. As always this latest installation of a front door was carried out by fitters that care and do 100%. Cannot fault this company. Neither can anyone I have recommended them to.

From the initial measuring up to the installation Hastings Windows were superb. Trevor gave us good advice and ideas regarding openings and glass choices. There was no hard sell or pressure to accept the competitive quote. The fitters were polite and efficient, clearing up after their selves. There was one minor issue afterwards which was quickly rectified with no fuss.

Easy to make an appointment and quick to give an estimate and book a date to replace existing window
Fitters were v respectful of property and explained things clearly. It was a very large window on our stairs to remove the old window and replaced a new window and we were pleased to see there was no damage to our existing wallpaper.
We would highly recommend the company.

I highly recommend Hastings Windows. They recently fitted multiple windows into old sash casings and did a great job - neat, inexpensive and efficient. It has made a massive difference to the sound and heat insulation in my old house.

Hastings windows replaced a wooden fanlight and Georgian front door surround which was a nightmare to maintain. Despite wood filler and painting it could not be saved. Hastings windows replaced with a very stylish grp surround and Upvc window topped off with new lead flashing. My door surround looks fabulous and best of all no more filler and painting!

Two men came to fit two windows. It wasn’t till my husband came home they told him they were the wrong measurements! So they fitted them securely but were here longer than necessary. The person that originally measured up is experienced and used to be a fitter so how did he get this wrong?!
Came back another day to fit new windows in and was booked for the afternoon but door rang at 10:40 and woke me up from a night shift!! So I was not happy but a good job after all with windows.

Lovely windows and door fitted very well. Fitters were friendly and efficient and arrived on the scheduled day.A trickle vent operation was a bit stiff and it was very quickly replaced with a new one.

Tony and the team were brilliant from the 1st point of contact all the way through to install. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them. They colour matched our front door to a bespoke colour and installed it pretty much as soon as it was ready. The install guys were lovely and really helpful too. Thank you so much.

We wanted practical uPVC windows for our Victorian property but which would look like the original sash windows. Hastings Windows delivered on their promise. We have chosen 'The Charisma Rose's collection. These are gorgeous windows which have completely transformed the look of the whole house. I would certainly recommend this company. Hastings Windows fitted 2 windows and 2 sets of doors for us in June 2025, the whole process was excellent from the initial quote to install. The installation team were excellent, arrived on time, respected our property and installed the new windows and doors to a very good standard. Will continue to use them and happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of getting new windows or doors.

After a bad experience last year with another local window company replacing a single window (flaky scheduling, took ages to complete the job, poor quality of work and not cheap), we turned to Hastings windows for a big job replacing 10 of our windows.
Their quote was competitive, communications excellent throughout, and the work was done quickly, to a high standard, and with minimal inconvenience or disruption.
I wish we used them for that first window!

Hastings Windows fitted brand new double glazing throughout my house. The installation was very smooth and the two chaps were friendly and took great care to limit mess and disturbance (apologies but their names escape me). There was a very very small amount of damage to surrounding plasterwork (unavoidable), of which was patched up flawlessly by the team.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hastings windows. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service.

I was very lucky to find Hastings Windows. Tony, the Director responded to countless emails from me patiently helpfully with their vast array of knowledge. They really know their stuff when it comes to windows. They were with me through out helping me with my windows journey and recommended other great professionals who helped me get planning permission for my windows. In the end, Hastings Windows installed two windows for me. Terrill who completed the work is very skilled and experienced. He worked bravely and very efficiently at such a great height. The windows are great quality and look fantastic. I used their services once again to get Secondary Glazing and again as a company they are brilliant. I have run out of windows now but would use their services again, maybe for a new door in the future.
